In March 2013 with an inquisitive mind one lady set out to make her very own marshmallows. Since the first batch was made she could see the potential and versatility of the humble marshmallow and so the experimenting with new flavours, shapes and colours began.

Making them mostly for friends and family at first they quickly became a hit. In 2016 this lady was tired of her day job so she decided to turn her hobby into a business and Mallow Merchant was born.

Today Mallow Merchant creates unique marshmallows for personal and corporate events as well as treats to gift friends, family (and of course yourself!)

Mallow Merchant is based in Sydney, New South Wales, but we don't let that hold us back. We send interstate to most metropolitan areas.
